Absolutely! We only bring in professionals who have been recommended and certified by experts. We conduct interviews, check referrals, licenses, and do background checks on each and every service provider. We at PuCo understand that your time is valuable and are always striving to limit the time spent by service providers at your home. However the technicians are trained to update you if the job might take longer than expected. Please do expect a buffer of half an hour more or less than the stated time to complete the task.

What is the procedure for laptop/computer repair?

Minor repairs are performed at your house. However, if needed, the device will be picked up from your premises, with due permission, of course.

What is the turnaround time for a quotation for Computer Repair and the repair service after quotation is received?

Initially, an approximate quote is provided post evaluation at your house. If agreeable, we provide a final quote within 24 to 48 hours of pickup.

Do I still need to pay a fee, if you can’t repair my computer?

No, we do not charge anything if we can’t repair your computer . Diagnosis is done for free.

What is the approximate break-up of your charges?

After inspection, a quote is provided to you. We charge a min service charge of Rs.150 for any services provider in addition to the product charge . This charge may vary depending on the service provided.

Do you provide material and/or service warranty?

Warranty or guarantee on parts are offered as described on the material’s bill. Please insist on a material bill from the service provider, in case of external material charges. Regarding service, there is a 1 month warranty, such that if a problem of the same nature reoccurs, our services will be free of cost.
